Adobe Camara Raw versus Digital Picture Processor:

Esta fotografia foi processada com o Adobe Camara Raw (ACR), mas com as definições ajustadas à Canon, porque reparei que o processamento dos ficheiros RAW com o Digital Picture Preview da Canon era muito melhor ao nível da cor do que o ACR. Efectivamente após muito trabalho e pesquisa sobre o assunto encontrei que ao nível dos vermelhos e dos amarelos o ACR ficava a perder. O ACR foi entretanto desenvolvido para colmatar esta lacuna, sendo que é actualmente já é possível melhorar a cor aproximando-a mais da realidade no separador Camara calibration e em Camara Profile definir Camara Standard.

As diferenças são notórias nas imagens em baixo:

The picture at the very top of this post was processed with Adobe Camara Raw (ACR), but with the settings applied to the Canon digital camaras, because I've noticed that the color processing of RAW files with Digital Picture Preview of Canon was far much better. After some hard work and searching about this matter I've found that the problem was at reds and yellows processing with ACR. In the meanwhile ACR was developed to supress this gap, and it is nowadays possible to improve the color getting it closer to reality setting Camara standard in the field Camara profile at the separator Camara calibration of ACR.
The differences can be observed in the two pictures above.
